1. Acceptance of these terms

These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your use of the Subbio mobile application ("the App"). By downloading or using the App you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.

2. License

We grant you a personal, limited, non-transferable, non-exclusive, revocable license to use the App on Apple-branded devices you own or control, as permitted by the Apple Media Services Terms and Conditions. This license is also subject to Apple's standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement (EULA), which applies to your use of the App.

3. Subscriptions (Subbio Pro)

Subbio offers an auto-renewable subscription, "Subbio Pro", that unlocks the AI Help features and a monthly allowance of AI generations.

Annual — $19.99 per year, including a 7-day free trial for new subscribers. Includes 60 AI generations per period.
Weekly — $2.99 per week, including a 3-day free trial for new subscribers. Includes 20 AI generations per period.

Prices are in U.S. dollars; the price shown in the App reflects your local currency and any applicable taxes, as set by the App Store for your region. The free-trial length and exact price are always displayed on the in-app purchase screen before you confirm.

Auto-renewal. Payment is charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase. The subscription automatically renews for the same period at the same price unless you turn off auto-renew at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Your account is charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period. If a free trial is offered, any unused portion is forfeited when you purchase a subscription, where applicable.

Managing and cancelling

You can manage or cancel your subscription, and turn off auto-renewal, in your device's Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period; you keep access until then.

Refunds

Purchases are processed by Apple. Refund requests are handled by Apple according to the App Store terms; we cannot directly issue refunds for App Store purchases. You can request a refund at reportaproblem.apple.com.

4. Token purchases

In addition to the subscription, you may buy consumable "token" packs (e.g. 5 tokens for $0.99, 15 for $1.99, 50 for $4.99) that add to your AI generation allowance. Tokens are consumed when you generate AI results, do not expire, and are non-refundable once used, except as required by law or Apple's policies.

5. AI-generated content disclaimer

Subbio's Help features use artificial intelligence to generate messages, cancellation guides, alternative suggestions, and cost-cutting plans. This content is provided for convenience and may be inaccurate, incomplete, or out of date. Subbio does not guarantee that a discount will be granted, that a cancellation method will succeed, or that any figure shown is exact. You are responsible for reviewing AI output before acting on it. Subbio is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by any third-party service mentioned in the App.

6. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

use the App for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any third party's rights;
attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or interfere with the App or its security;
abuse, overload, or attempt to gain unauthorized access to the App's services.

7. Disclaimers & limitation of liability

The App is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, to the maximum extent permitted by law. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Subbio shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App, including any decisions you make based on AI-generated content.

8. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the App after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. The "Last updated" date above reflects the latest version.
